| DataInfoCom started in 2003 as a collaborative endeavor among several Professors, Software Technologists, Domain Experts, and Business Leaders to harness the advancements in scientific research to improve upon the top- and the bottom-line of large, global businesses. We spent almost all of our time during the first 3 years in a pure Research & Development mode; since then, we have been successfully applying our innovations to improve some of the largest business processes, run by some of the largest corporations, in this world. |

| DICK HUNTER |
| DICK HUNTER brings 25 years of experience in high tech, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and customer experience to DataInfoCom. He recently retired from Dell as the Vice President of Global Consumer Services & Support.Previously, he served as the Vice President of Dell Americas Operations. Before coming to Dell, he held senior executive roles at General Electric ("GE"), Texas Instruments ("TI") and Ericsson. Dick currently serves on the Governing Board of Massachusetts Institute of Technology's ("MIT") Leaders for Manufacturing Program, which is a dual degree Master’s program where the successful graduate gets an MBA from Sloan School and a Masters in Engineering. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Georgia Tech College of Computing. Dick lives in Austin, TX. |

| VIVEK CHOPRA is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Operations at IBM Daksh (NYSE: IBM). In this role, he oversees sales, marketing, and business development worldwide. Before joining IBM, he spent more than 25 years with Wipro (NYSE: WIT). At the time of joining IBM, he held the position of CEO, Americas, at Wipro. Vivek holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi. | KLAUS SCHOTTENHAMEL is the president and CEO of B4 Consulting, a global Business Performance Management firm. Klaus served as the last President and CEO of SAP Systems Integration (NYSE: SAP). At SAP SI America, Klaus grew revenues at an average rate of 40% annually. Klaus served as a member of the executive board of PLAUT AG, a large SAP integration partner, where he was responsible for the launch of several PLAUT international business units. He served as a member of the SAP National Partner Advisory Council. Klaus is a 20-year consulting and IT veteran. Klaus lives in Boston, MA. |
