Richard L. "Dick" Hunter

Chairman of the Board


Richard L. HunterRichard L. "Dick" Hunter recently retired from Dell after 10 years of service. In his last role at Dell, he served as Vice President of Dell's Global Consumer Services and Support team. In this role, Mr. Hunter was responsible for Consumer customer contact centers in the Americas, APJ and EMEA involving over 14,000 agents.
 
Previously, Mr. Hunter served as Vice President of Dell Americas Operations. In this role, he managed the day-to-day operations of Dell's 5 manufacturing and distribution operations in North and South America. He also led the Remanufacturing and Returns Center Operations, Worldwide Fulfillment, Engineering and Quality, Demand-Supply management, and the Environmental Health and Safety groups. Before that, Mr. Hunter held leadership roles in Portables Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and the Austin Manufacturing Operations organizations.
 
Prior to joining Dell in February 1998, Mr. Hunter worked for General Electric, Texas Instruments and Ericsson. He has more than 32 years of experience in high tech, manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
 
Mr. Hunter graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He serves on the Georgia Tech College of Computing Advisory Board and on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology China Leaders for Manufacturing Governing Board. Mr. Hunter also serves on the boards of i2 Technologies, Super Circuits and is a general partner at Daylight Partners. Dick lives in Austin, Texas.

 
 

Dr. Pallab Chatterjee

Dr. Pallab ChatterjeeDr. Pallab Chatterjee, Managing Director and Operating Partner, Symphony Technology Group, is an internationally recognized high-tech executive with experience in Corporate General Management, Corporate Governance, Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Outsourcing.
 
Currently, Dr. Chatterjee is a Managing Director and Operating Partner of Symphony Technology Group, a strategic private equity firm that invests and partners in building great software and services company, growing companies not only with capital, but innovation.
 
Prior to STG, Dr. Chatterjee was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of i2 Technologies, Inc. Under his leadership, i2 launched a new sales execution model coupled with new services lines for the company's Total Supply Chain Management approach that yielded significant bookings growth for i2. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Dr. Chatterjee was President Solutions Operations at i2. As President of i2's Solutions Operations, Dr. Chatterjee was responsible for product development, product marketing, and delivery of i2 Technologies' supply chain management solutions.
 
Prior to i2, Dr. Chatterjee spent 24 years at Texas Instruments in various executive management positions. Under his leadership as senior vice president of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer, the Texas Instruments Technology Labs became known as a standard for excellence acknowledged by both academia and industry. A TI senior fellow in 1985, an IEEE fellow in 1986, Dr. Chatterjee received the IEEE J. J. Ebers award in 1986. He has been awarded numerous patents and written several publications on the technology industry.
 
Dr. Chatterjee earned a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India where he was awarded the President of India Gold Medal for curricular excellence and the B.C.Roy Memorial Gold Medal for extracurricular excellence. He received his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He lives in Dallas, Texas.

 
 

Asit Patel

Asit PatelAsit Patel serves as a Managing Director at Firmenich, a privately held Consumer Goods company, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with total revenue of 2.5 billion Swiss Francs. Asit is a successful entrepreneur and a hands-on practitioner with around 25 years of experience in creating and managing thriving businesses. Asit is a veteran 'builder' with a track record of creating highly profitable companies, leveraging international resources in India and China.
 
Asit studied Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts. Asit lives in Mumbai, India.

 
 

Chris Stanley

Board Member


Chris StanleyMr. Stanley brings 21 years of experience in high tech. Over 16 of those years were with Microsoft Corporation.
 
Mr. Stanley started with Microsoft Canada where he began his career in the Microsoft Consulting Services Organization and after a few years, was named the Vice President of the Enterprise and Partner Group for Microsoft Canada, a position he held for 8 years.
 
Mr. Stanley moved onto an international role within Microsoft as the General Manager, WW Emerging Markets (Latin America, Central Eastern Europe, Middle-East and Africa, China, India and Asia Pacific). In this role, Mr. Stanley was responsible for developing Microsoft's emerging market enterprise sales and growth strategies. Mr. Stanley ended his career at Microsoft in a dual capacity role as Vice-President, WW Emerging Markets and as Vice-President, Enterprise and Partner Group, Asia. Chris lives in Toronto, Ontario.

 
 

Atanu Basu

CEO & President


Atanu BasuAtanu has more than 16 years of experience in business development and new product development with public companies, such as Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT), Novellus Systems (NASDAQ: NVLS), and private software companies.
 
His entire professional experience is in building, selling, and supporting new technology products to Global Fortune 500 corporations. Atanu is passionate about business, software technologies, and mathematical sciences, and is fascinated by the convergence of all three.
 
He holds a Masters and a Bachelors in Engineering. Atanu lives in Austin, Texas.
